Wabash College Conference Reservation Form

To request arrangements for a Wabash College sponsored conference, complete the following information and submit the form 8 weeks prior to the starting date. Contact trippet@wabash.edu if you have questions or problems.

Nightly rates for both Caleb Mills and Trippet Hall = $92/night

**The cost of the guest room includes access to the Clifford Lounge where guests can have snacks, hard candy, chocolates, coffee, tea, Coke, and other soft drinks. For an additional charge to your account of about $1.50/bottle of beer and $8.50/bottle of wine opened, we can provide wine and beer to guests. We have a variety of microbrews and both a red and a white wine available.

The Trippet Hall staff will arrange for lodging and transportation of guests attending a conference, including making arrangements to pick up and deliver guests to the airport.

This form will be shared with Bon Appetit, who will contact the sponsor regarding all catering needs.
